Application

Vapastop® Tape RF is constructed of aluminium foil reinforced with polyethylene fibre mesh and coated with synthetic high tack, high shear, pressure sensitive adhesive. The fibre mesh provides the strength delivered by Vapastop Tape KF but with the added conformability required for more intricate installations and flexibility required where thermal expansion is prevalent.
It is suitable for use in the following applications:

• Any situation where thermal expansion requires higher levels of tape strength and flexibility
• Heating, ventilation and air conditioning ducting
• Vapour barriers
• Reinforced foil faced architectural linings
