Application

Vapastop® Tape DS is a bleached cotton cloth coated on both sides with a heavy layer of aggressive synthetic rubber adhesive. It is ideal for situations where the tight butting together of product, invisibility of taped joins or an uninterrupted finish is desired. It can also be used to create an effective seal when joining two vapour barrier products together. It is the preferred solution for joining Pink® Batts® foil faced Building Insulation Blanket. 

It is suitable for use in the following applications:

• Foil faced insulation
• Aesthetic finish without visible presence of tapes 
• Tightly butting product together for virtually seamless joins
• Uninterrupted finish of faced product
